Refund & Return Policy

Applies to: InstaBadMagazine.com and all sales by InstaBad LLC


1) Overview

  • This policy covers returns and refunds for items sold directly by InstaBad LLC.

  • Products fulfilled by third-party retailers follow the retailer’s policies.

  • Contact us to start a return: Info@instabadmagazine.com.


2) Final-Sale: Digital Products (No Refunds)

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable. This includes (without limitation): digital magazines, downloadable files, digital artwork, audio/video content, memberships and subscriptions (including member-only content), access codes, event livestreams, and any other electronically delivered goods or services.

  • Once delivered, accessed, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise made available, no cancellations, refunds, price adjustments, or exchanges will be granted.

  • EU/UK notice: When purchasing digital content, you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.


3) Physical Products Sold by InstaBad LLC

  • Return window: You have 2 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Approval required: Do not ship items back without an approved return authorization—unauthorized returns will be refused.

How to start a return: Email Info@instabadmagazine.com with your order number, item(s), reason, and photo(s) if applicable. If approved, we will send a prepaid label (or instructions).

Fees & shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/defect), original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping may be deducted from the refund.


4) Damages, Defects, Wrong Item

Inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide photos and your order number so we can evaluate and resolve (repair, replacement, or refund where applicable).


5) Non-Returnable Items (Physical)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty/grooming)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

  • Sale/discount items

  • Gift cards

(These are separate from Digital Products, which are always non-refundable per Section 2.)


6) Exchanges (Physical Items)

Fastest path: submit a return request for the original item. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and inspection of the returned item.


7) European Union / United Kingdom Cooling-Off

  • Physical goods shipped into the EU/UK: You may have up to 14 days to cancel/return eligible items, subject to the unused/original-condition requirements above.

  • Digital content: The cooling-off right does not apply once you consent to immediate supply and delivery begins (see Section 2).


8) Refunds (Physical Items Only)

  • We will notify you when your return is received and inspected, and confirm approval or denial.

  • If approved, a refund to the original payment method will be initiated within 10 business days. Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post funds.

  • If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received funds, contact us at Info@instabadmagazine.com.

Reminder: Digital products, memberships/subscriptions, and electronic deliveries are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances (see Section 2).


9) Third-Party Retailers & Marketplaces

If your item was sold or fulfilled by a third party, contact that seller directly. Their return, exchange, and refund rules apply.
